  • My pronouns have changed since I last bought a pin from you. Do you offer exchanges?

    I've been there! I'm happy to offer free exchanges for anyone with a misomomo pronoun pin whose pronouns have changed. Just send me an email and we'll figure out the best way to get your new pin to you.
  • When will my order ship?

    I generally ship orders once or twice a week, so you can expect to receive an "Order has shipped!" email with a tracking number within about a week once you place an order.

    Domestic orders typically ship via USPS First Class Mail in a bubble mailer, and shipping generally takes about 2-5 business days depending on your state. During check-out, you also have the option to select a faster shipping service such as USPS Priority Mail.

  • I need my order by a specific date. Can you accommodate rush orders?

    While you can also select a faster shipping service at checkout, please send me a message or include a note in your order if you are on a specific timeline, or if you have any concerns about receiving your order by a certain date (for a birthday, holiday, etc.) If you let me know in advance, I'll do my best to get your order to you in time :)

  • What is your return policy?

    I accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your item for a different product or request a refund to the original payment method, less the cost of shipping. To initiate a return, send me an email with your order number at bo@misomomo.com. You are responsible for shipping your return. I will initiate your exchange or refund as soon as I receive the returned order.

  • Do you offer gift wrap and packaging? Can I include a gift note with my order?

    Yes, I'm happy to wrap your items with gift wrap and/or include a small card in the package with your gift message upon request at no extra charge. Please include a note when you place your order or send me a message or email with your gift wrap or card request! :)

    Otherwise, all pins will ship in a compostable kraft envelope within a bubble mailer.

  • Will you ever make pin designs with other pronoun combinations, different colors, etc?

    If you have a suggestion or request, please reach out and let me know! I take note of all requests and I do make new designs based on these requests. For example, when I started out I offered she/they and he/they pins, but soon added they/she and they/he pins by popular request!

  • Do you have a wholesale program?
