When will my order ship?
I typically ship orders daily, so you can expect to receive an "Order has shipped!" email with a tracking number one business day after you place an order.
Please send me a message or include a note in your order if you have any specific questions or concerns about shipping times! If you let me know what item(s) you would like and your postal code, I'm happy to provide a shipping estimate before you place an order to check if it would reach you in time.
Domestic orders typically ship via USPS First Class Mail in a bubble mailer, and arrive within 2-5 business days depending on your state. During check-out, you also have the option to select a faster mailing service such as USPS Priority Mail.

What is your return policy?
I accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can exchange your item for a different product or request a refund to the original payment method, less the cost of shipping. To initiate a return, send me an email with your order number at bo@misomomo.com. You are responsible for shipping your return. I will initiate your exchange or refund as soon as I receive the returned order. -
Do you offer gift wrap and packaging? Can I include a gift note with my order?
Yes, I'm happy to wrap your items with gift wrap and/or include a small card in the package with your gift message upon request at no extra charge. Please include a note when you place your order or send me a message or email with your gift wrap or card request! :)
Otherwise, all pins ship wrapped in plain tissue paper. -
